Francisco and company did a good job and were pleasant to work with. However if I had known how dirty of a job this was I would not have done it - or at least known in advance to schedule cleaners immediately afterwards. You may want to warn people who are going to do this in the future.

There is a comfort level when dealing with a company whose model is total professionalism. Hydes has the best trained service people...I'm happy! In another life, I was a National Sales Training Director...Kudos to whoever is in charge of Hydes training. I give you 5 stars!

Today, Thor from Hydes came over and checked out our heater to make sure we would be ready for the winter if it ever came. He is the nicest young man who checked out both of our thermostats to make sure they were in good shape and he answered several of my questions regarding their operation. He checked out my filters and changed them both out and even took a look at my mini split in the garage to make sure it was still in good shape. I don't know how he survived getting up in my attic this AM to check out the heaters but he did and made sure all sensors were working properly and that all pressures were in the normal range. My wife and I feel so confident that Hydes and in particular Thor is taking care of our heating and air conditioning systems. In fact we have been so very pleased with all of our Hydes technicians because they are all so well trained and professional but Thor is also our dog's favorite technician because he visits with her during his visit.
