great service. They came out to scope the job and give me an estimate on one day and hadt the unit installed and cooling the next day. Installation was fast and efficient. They left no mess. I'm a pretty demanding customer and they completely satisfied me! I would call them again in a minute.

Our experience today with Hydes was everything we expected. Nothing but great. Once again, I would recommend them to everyone, and will. Today we had the yearly maintenance done. We have signed up for every six months. We were full of questions because this is an older HVAC system and we are anxious to see that it lasts, while giving us what we need. James answer every question we asked, some before we asked. We had a new thermostat put in. The one we had was not set up for us to set the temperature and forget it. It was well worth the cost to have a new one installed. What a difference! No more going from too cold to too hot and back to too cold, and no more running down the hallway in the middle of the night to adjust it. Thank you Hydes, and thank you James.
